Debut Episode: Episode 2

Species: Human*

Nationality: American (United States of America, Territory of New Mexico)

Birthday: July 7, 1860 (29 in 1889)

Character Background: Hellcat Pauline is a woman of mostly unknown origin, other than being part Native American and from the Southern United States, presumably Texas. She is a bounty hunter and tracker, known to sometimes work for the Pinkertons as a finder of missing persons or hired gun.

Known as the "Hellcat of Potterstown", after her part in the events of the Potterstown Storm Massacre of 1881, Hellcat Pauline is something of a low-level "Wild West" legend due to the popularity of a prolific dime novel series, which depicts fictionalized events from her career, written by an "E. Loade". Mr. Loade is believed to be a pen-name for a friend of hers, or, at worst, the ubiquitous Mr. T. Mayne Reid.

Hellcat Pauline is a tall woman with tanned skin and dark braided hair. She dresses like a man of the American frontier, with blue-jeans, chaps, cowboy hat and boots, and a large rawhide western duster with unusually baggy sleeves, where she, if the pulp stories about her are to be believed, carries an unusual collection of tools of her trade. She wears a pair of Colt Dragoon Conversion pistols holstered on her belt.
